Access Hours and Move-in Hours

New tenants can move in during our open office hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday or 9:00 AM - 2 PM on Saturday.

Free Move-In Truck Available

All truck reservations must be confirmed with a Manager within 48 hours of rental. You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to rent the moving truck. Free move-in truck is available for up to 4 hours for local moves within 20 miles only.

For Sunday rentals or to inquire about availability, please contact the property directly. Our moving trucks can only be picked up during store hours.

We’re located off of Old Boones Creek Road/ Old Bugaboo Springs Road and are just .25 miles from Hwy 11 East.

You will find us within one mile of Ivy Trace patio homes, and we are also located within one mile of the new D.R. Horton subdivision development and the proposed Jonesborough Elementary School.
